Where are you located?
Menifee Ranch Self Storage & RV is located at 30125 US Highway 74, Menifee, CA 92548. We’re just east of Heritage High School.
When can I visit your office?
Our office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday - Friday) and from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Saturday - Sunday).
When can I access my unit?
Our gate access hours are 7:00 am to 9:00 pm (365 days a year). Please get in touch with us if you think you will need more flexible access hours.
What’s the difference between access hours and office hours?
During access hours, you can use your gate code to access our storage units. During office hours, our staff is available to provide in-person customer service (like answering questions, selling supplies, accepting rental payments, and more).
How far are you from Menifee, CA?
Great question! Our facility is less than 7 miles away from Menifee, but we’re also convenient to the communities of Hemet, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Romoland, Green Acres, Winchester, and more.
What lease options are available?
We offer affordable and flexible month-to-month leases.
Do I have to pay a deposit or any administration fees?
There is no deposit but you are required to pay a one time $30 administration fee plus a $25 lock deposit (includes a Factory Sealed Disc Lock).
Am I able to rent a moving truck?
Free move-in trucks are available for selected units. Appliance dollies and furniture pads are included with a $20 mandatory fee. Contact us for additional details.
How safe is your facility?
Think of our facility as having several lines of defense. First, there’s the perimeter fence, which is tall and strong, and comes with a Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS). Then, we use a modern access and surveillance method that tracks all property activity. Finally, our individually alarmed storage units add the finishing touches to a 24-hour security system that’s designed with the purpose of keeping your belongings safe while you’re away.
Are there parking spaces for my vehicle?
Yes, we have a variety of indoor and outdoor parking spots for cars, boats, RV’s, business vans, and nearly any other type of vehicle you may have.
Do you offer shipping services?
Yes. We offer post office box rentals and are pleased to receive packages as well.
What is drive-up access?
Drive-up access allows you to park your vehicle directly in front of your rental, saving time and energy when you need to unload your items.
Can my friends and family have access to my unit, too?
Of course! When you rent from us, you can allow access for any other person you want (or restrict access only to yourself).
Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, our online bill pay option allows our tenants to make payments and reserve more storage units from anywhere with an internet connection.
Do you have hand carts or dollies I can use at your facility?
Yes. You’re welcome to use our complimentary handcarts while you’re here. Ask the office staff and they will be happy to help you.
